It was built on the hill Teufelsberg (Devil’s mountain). The hill of 115m in height was raised of buildings broken in the World War II in the center of Grunewaldes Park. It was here where in 80-s worked the most successful Shtasi’s agent – US corporal James Hall. He was disclosured in 1988 and imprisoned for 40 years.
