ОРЕАНДА-НОВОСТИ. Чешские службы безопасности опубликовали в интернете протоколы чехословацкой военной контрразведки.
На сайте abscr.cz выложены 309 документов, содержащих досье на 140 тыс. человек, попавших в поле зрения военных контрразведчиков, сообщает "Лента.Ру".
Опубликованный архив содержит протоколы, составленные спецслужбой в период с 1954 до 1989 года
. На сайте есть форма поиска по имени, фамилии или году рождения фигуранта протоколов.
Протоколы были получены архивариусами служб безопасности от ведомства, которое после падения коммунистического режима в Чехословакии выполняет в министерстве обороны функции военной разведки и контрразведки.
Спецслужба коммунистического режима прекратила своё существование в 1990 году.

Czech Communist intelligence documents on new website
Prague- The Czech Archives of the Security Forces today published registration protocols of the former Communist military counter-intelligence (VKP) on its new website www.abscr.cz, archives director Ladislav Bukovszky told journalists.
The database contains 309 registration files on about 10,000 people.
The main reason why the list was published is an effort to achieve a maximum transparency, Bukovszky said, adding that many scandals were linked with the problems of the archives of the former Communist security forces.
The documents contain data on the people in the whole former Czechoslovakia in whom the VKR was interested.
"They could be persons under lustration and also agents," archives deputy director Martin Pulec said.
In addition, there was also the VKR central registry in Prague, he said.
The oldest of the published files comes from 1954 and the latest from 1989 when the communist regime fell in Czechoslovakia.
Individual people can be looked for in the database according to their names.
The VKP sought to turn the army into an obedient instrument of political power. Its main task was to disclose the activities of western secret service, high treason, terrorism, sabotage, hostile propaganda and the preparation to leave the country illegally.
It concentrated political powers, apart from intelligence ones. provocation, brutal interrogation and physical and psychological torture were among its methods.
It was abolished in 1990.
It was disclosed in 2001 that some former members of the military counter-intelligence illegally received negative lustration or screening certificates at the beginning of the 1990s.

The Archive of Security Forces
The main motive for its establishment was to concentrate and expertly organize materials of all security forces of the former totalitarian state. Its qualified processing and opening to wide circle of those interested can decisively add to the understanding of mechanisms on which the Communist regime was built and help to prevent the biased explanations of historical events.
Based on the Act No. 181/2007 Coll. the Archive holds archival documents created by the actions of Security Forces, the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and the organization of the National front acting in these forces during the period of April 4, 1945 to February 15, 1990.
The greatest number of archival materials (approximately 17 km) comes from the Department of Security Forces Ministry of Interior, while other materials (around 2 km) originate from number of Departments: The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic (incl. Military Intelligence), Ministry of Justice, Security Information Service, and the Office for Foreign Relations and Informations.
Goals of the Archive
= access and publish documents and archive materials due to the law requiring public access to the files created by activities of the former State Security,
= make possible the study of archival materials under the archival law and rules,
= give the necessary help and information to the state organs involved in the investigation,
= find and copy documents for legal offices and persons,
= cooperate with the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes...
