Vladimir Bukovskii is the most notorious dissident of the former USSR, the character from historic textbooks, who was twice imprisoned in mental hospitals then in jail and later exchanged of Chili’s communist leader Luis Corvalan. But it seems the history recurs: now Bukovskii is the participant of all political scandals around fugitives to England from Russian security services. He is a guarantee of Beresovskii and Zakaev. Since 1996 he is refused entrance visa to Russia that’s why he has to meet his former compatriots in his professor house in Cambridge.
