165th training center under USSR’s Defense Ministry had been operating since 1965 to 1992 in Crimea. African, Vietnamese and other countries’ cadets were trained here to prepare explosive, blast, capture ammunition depots and organize diversions in military bases. Within 25 years it turned out near 18 thousand soldiers.
