It looks that now trips abroad with notebook can be interpreted as attempt to export state secret data. What happened with S.Gorshkov, editor-in-chief of Compromat.ru, confirms such version. In January when he was going to Finland his notebook was confiscated at the Customs under the pretext that it contained state secret.
